ORANGE PARK, Fla. – The number of homes on the market in the Town of Orange Park has increased over the past year, and so has the median sale price.
We checked Zillow.com and found dozens of homes listed for sale.
According to the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, the median sale price for a single-family home is around $370,000, which is up more than 5% from a year ago.
The sale price is on par with the rest of the county and slightly below the median in Northeast Florida.
Prices have increased even more over the past four years.
Most people who bought homes in 2021 or earlier are sitting on significant equity.
The Association warns if you are planning to sell, be prepared for slightly longer times on the market and increased competition.
