Something’s brewing at First Coast Opera
First Coast Opera will open its 2026–27 season with Something’s Brewing, a season opener featuring the comic operas Coffee Cantata and Rita. Performances will take place September 10–13, with shows scheduled in St. Augustine, Jacksonville Beach, and Amelia Island, including a fully catered dinner on opening night. General and Artistic Director Curtis Tucker and guest soprano Cristina Bakhoum Sanchez share what audiences can expect from the new season and its mix of music, comedy, and community experiences.
