Maybelle needs a couch buddy

Jacksonville – Maybelle went from a skinny, belly sliced open and just a broken girl to transform into a happy hippo that lazes in the sun even on the hottest days. She’s a slow walking, belly flopping potato that loves to follow around her people until she gets too worn out to go any further...it doesn’t take long. She gets along with other dogs and is just the overall epitome of a house hippo. Half her face has minimal movement due to injuries sustained before she was rescued, but it adds to her charm.
