Cold front bringing in thunderstorms to Northeast Florida

. (.)

A cold front is bringing in thunderstorms to Northeast Florida Wednesday morning.

Along this front, showers will move through, with the potential for storms as well.

It’s likely that most of this activity will be non-severe, with potential for winds and lightning.

Wind gusts could reach the mid-30s, but within a thunderstorm, gusts could potentially reach the 40 mph outlook.

Once the rain moves out, and the front goes with it, we can expect much colder temperatures in the forecast for tomorrow morning.

Lows tomorrow will only make it into the 30s, with a Frost Advisory going into effect.

You will need the raincoat Wednesday, and a heavy coat Thursday.
