Ryan Burkett joined News4JAX as an executive producer in October 2025. He most recently spent time back in his hometown of Tampa as a member of the digital team at WTVT. His career has taken him to Paducah, Kentucky, and Albany, Georgia, before spending nine years as a news producer in Orlando at WJXT's sister station, WKMG.
When he's not covering Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, Ryan enjoys watching sports, spending time with family and friends, and taking road trips.
