Discover community resources at JEA’s Senior Day: Save on utility bills and more

Senior Day at JEA is held the 3rd Wednesday of every month and is open to the public.

Connecting Resources to Those in Need - This resource fair connects local seniors to community partner resources. At the fair participants will learn how to save on their utility bill and about available financial assistance programs. For those seeking help with their bill, agency appointments are required.

Examples of Who is Participating - United Way, ElderSource, JTA, Lutheran Social Services, Catholic Charities, City of Jacksonville, Jewish Family & Community Services, and the JEA Neighborhood Energy Efficiency Program

How to Schedule an Appointment - Call (904) 632-0600 or 2-1-1 to get pre-screened for assistance. For more information, you can also text “Hello” to 211904. Appointments subject to availability; documentation required; eligibility set by each agency.

Parking is free. Park in the parking deck across from the Duval Country Court House and bring you ticket to be validated.
