Jacksonville –
Jacob Garza hails from Baton Rouge and loves showcasing his Louisiana heritage with the food on his food truck. He launched the Crawfish Festival 4 years ago after seeing how the party in Pensacola resonated with the community. The free event will have activities and entertainment for the whole family at James Weldon Johnson Park. While crawfish is the focus, there will be menu items to appease everyone. People can enjoy mudbugs and pay by the pound or go all in with an all you can eat wristband. Saturday from 11am - 8pm.
