The Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program (JSMP) is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization in Northeast Florida dedicated to promoting youth sports safety through education, advocacy and injury prevention. Established in 1984, JSMP collaborates with coaches, healthcare professionals, parents, and community members to enhance the safety of youth sports.
