JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says it arrested a man who was clocked driving 120 miles per hour on the Mathews Bridge while smoking a cigar filled with marijuana.

JSO says a sergeant with its Specialized Traffic Enforcement was monitoring traffic on the bridge when the driver sped past at around 120mph - nearly triple the posted speed limit. Police say once he stopped, the driver continued to smoke while speaking with officers.
