We’re starting off with a more unsettled pattern today as onshore flow continues to push moisture in from the Atlantic. Expect scattered showers and storms through the day, with rain chances running around 60%. The better coverage looks to be during the afternoon, especially between about 2 and 4 PM. It will be breezy out of the northeast, with gusts near 25 to 30 mph at times, and highs topping out in the mid 80s.
Tonight stays mostly cloudy with a few showers or storms possible late, mainly toward the early morning hours. Lows fall into the mid 70s.
Thursday still looks breezy and a little cooler, with highs near 80 and a 30% chance of showers, mainly later in the day. After that, we finally dry things out. Friday looks mostly sunny with highs in the upper 70s, then the weekend turns really nice with sunshine, lower humidity, and highs climbing from the low 80s Saturday to the mid 80s Sunday.
Early next week stays mainly dry and warmer, with highs back in the upper 80s by Monday and Tuesday.
