Northeast winds will run 7 to 17 mph with gusts up to around 24 mph, so it’ll feel a little brisk at times, especially near the beaches. Rain chances stay low today, around 20%.
Friday and Saturday stay warm and breezy with highs near 89. We’ll keep mostly sunny skies around, but a few showers or storms may pop up during the afternoon hours. Rain chances are around 20% Friday and closer to 30% Saturday.
The wetter pattern returns Sunday into early next week.
Sunday brings a better chance for showers and storms, especially after the morning, with rain chances around 60%.
Monday and Tuesday look even more unsettled with scattered to likely showers and storms, highs in the upper 80s, and rain chances around 60 to 70%.
Tropics are quiet close to home.
There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic right now, but the National Hurricane Center is watching one disturbance in the central Atlantic with a 40% chance of development over the next seven days. It is not an immediate concern for Florida.
