A trough of low pressure located in the central Subtropical Atlantic is associated with a broad area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
Environmental conditions are currently not favorable for development of this system due to strong upper-level winds.
However, conditions could become more favorable for some slow development by the middle to latter part of this week as the system moves generally west-northwestward across the central part of the Subtropical Atlantic.
