JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Rain chances will increase overnight tonight and a few showers will be possible through sunrise on Monday. An isolated strong storm will be possible through sunset.
Behind Sunday’s system, colder air will surge into our area early next week. Monday will be the warmest day with temperatures near 60. Beyond Monday, temperatures will only climb into the 50s Tuesday into the upcoming weekend.
There will be multiple chances for a freeze each night with temperatures dropping into the 20s and 30s. A FREEZE WATCH has already been posted for Tuesday morning.
Rain coverage looks minimal over the upcoming week as high pressure will settle in behind the system.
