Warm and dry through early next week then Fall returns for Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
The dry and unseasonally warm temperatures will continue through Saturday. After the stretch of near record highs, the onshore wind will return on Sunday, ahead of an approaching cold front. Models are split on timing, but based on the current trend it looks like the front will move through late Wednesday or early Thursday with clearing and cooler weather later on Thanksgiving. Below normal temperatures will linger through the following Saturday.
Expect chilly temperatures for the Tree lighting and the Boat Parade on Saturday.
The record for Friday is 84 degrees, set back in 1991.
