Palatka commissioners to review city manager’s progress during 30-day corrective action plan after misconduct claims

The Palatka City Commission will review the city manager’s progress on Monday after going through a 30-day corrective action plan. The corrective action plan was implemented following accusations that City Manager Marcia Carty created a hostile work environment, made remarks about an employee’s ethnic background, and used city staff for personal errands.
