Investigation ongoing after Jacksonville officer shoots unarmed 14-year-old

State Attorney Melissa Nelson announced that a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Officer who shot a 14-year-old suspect in the back during a police chase on Nov. 1 will not face criminal charges. The teen is recovering from his injuries. News4JAX spoke with our crime and safety analyst about the case.
