UNF breaks ground on new apartment complex that will bring 230+ units for student housing

The University of North Florida celebrated on Wednesday the groundbreaking of a new apartment complex for students. The new apartment complex, 30° North, is located on First Coast Tech Parkway south of The Flats at UNF. “Today marks an exciting milestone in UNF’s continued commitment to growth, innovation and student success,” said UNF President Moez Limayem. “We’re proud to partner with Chance Partners and Fansler Construction to bring the vibrant new residential student community vision to life.”
