News4JAX speaks with Brunswick Development Business Authority about recent spike in new businesses

The downtown Brunswick area has seen eight new businesses start up in the area since July 1, and the Brunswick Development Business Authority says they've contributed about $5.5 million to the city's economy.  We catch up with one of those businesses, 2nd Story Goods, to see what makes the area so special for new businesses.
