JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Transportation Authority is asking residents to weigh in on plans to update the Skyway as part of efforts to modernize the system, add new technology and improve travel around downtown Jacksonville.
The public is invited to a series of open houses to learn about the U²C Phase II — Skyway Rehabilitation and Downtown Service Expansion Project Development and Environment Study (PD&E Study), review possible alternatives and share feedback that will help shape the project’s next steps.
