JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating two separate deaths that occurred Saturday evening.
At 5:06 p.m., officers were called to Sunbeam Road on Jacksonville’s southside in reference to a deceased individual. Officers located an unresponsive woman believed to be in her 20s-30s in the rear parking lot of the business.

She was pronounced dead on the scene by Jacksonville Fire and Rescue. JSO said this is an ongoing investigation, and very little information is available.
At 5:30 p.m., just a few minutes later, officers were called to E. 15th Street on Jacksonville’s eastside after reports of a deceased individual. Officers located a man in his 20s-30s unresponsive on the side of the road.
Jacksonville Fire and Rescue said he died on the scene. JSO said the investigation is ongoing and very little information is available at this time.
Both incidents are believed to be isolated and not related in any way, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding both incidents are being investigated, and the classification of both incidents is pending.
“We will continue to investigate and coordinate our efforts with our partners at the Medical Examiner’s Office and State Attorney’s Office,” JSO said.
