JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A family is looking to turn the holidays around for two children after their mother and siblings died.

27-year-old Megan Dellinger was pregnant with twins when all three passed away just after Thanksgiving.
“There was a significant loss there for everybody,” Wendy Bullock, her grandmother said.
Dellinger, her husband Jeremiah and their two children recently moved to Florida in August.
The rest of their family and support system live in other states.
Jeremiah said this is a difficult time for the family.
He said Megan started feeling pain in her legs, which then moved up her body.
On the morning of Nov. 29, he found her passed out, so he took her to the hospital where she died.
He believes his wife and their unborn children passed because of a blood clot.
Jeremiah said blood clots are something she was prone to during her first two pregnancies, so she was put on blood thinners.
But this time, Jeremiah said, doctors didn’t put her on blood thinners.
Bullock said her granddaughter was a peacemaker and the glue for her siblings.
She also described her as someone who loved the holidays.
“Oh my goodness she was bigger than life,” Bullock said. ”She lit up a room when she walked in she was just a happy-go-lucky person. A really good mother a really good wife and she had been continuing her education.”
Dellinger leaves behind two children, an 8 and 6-year-old.
And Jeremiah recently lost his job, before his wife died.
So the family wants to do all they can for them during this difficult time.
“We’re going to do everything possible to give them a good Christmas,” Bullock said. Megan had put together before this happened she had put together an Amazon list for the kids.”
And Bullock said though her granddaughter and her unborn children aren’t here she plans to always remember her as someone who lit up every room she walked in.
The family is raising money through a GoFundMe.
The realtor, Stephanie Ferrato, who sold Megan and Jeremiah their house is hoping to collect Christmas gifts and cards for the family. You can reach her at stephanie.ferrato@gmail.com.
The family said they would know the official cause of Megan’s death soon because they had an autopsy performed.
