JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – With space flight becoming more prevalent, a longtime pro wrestler has requested SpaceX owner Elon Musk allow him to be in the first wrestling match in space.

It comes after this video circulated by Zero-G which offers “Zero gravity flights for everyone” and showed this video on social media.

Following this video being shared of men in zero gravity trying out wrestling moves, Dustin Rhodes put out a message to Elon Musk on X. Rhodes currently works for Jacksonville-based All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and is the son of the late wrestler Dusty Rhodes. He was also known as Goldust in WWE.

“I wanna do this!! @elonmusk , let me have the first match in space!!!” wrote Rhodes.

Going Ringside Host Scott Johnson also reached out to Musk about this idea. So far it appears Musk has not responded.

Musk is no stranger to this world as he publicly discusses a possible cage match against Facebook Owner Mark Zuckerberg in 2023. That match never happened.
