Phone lines for the Florida Department of Health in Duval County were overwhelmed by calls Wednesday afternoon as residents over the age of 65 scrambled to make appointments to receive the vaccine. So if that’s been your experience, you’re not alone. But we also want to hear of any success stories you have.
