Man arrested on DUI manslaughter charges 6 months after crash that killed teacher, toddler

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on a DUI manslaughter charge Sunday after a crash six months ago that killed a teacher and his 1-year-old son on Baymeadows Road.
