Jacksonville mother demands apartment management repair ongoing issues amid rent hike

A Jacksonville mother said her apartment complex is attempting to raise rent despite failing to address multiple issues in her unit at the Golden Shores of Jacksonville apartment complex. “I feel like I’m stuck here, and I want better for my kids and this is what it is,” said Rhonda, who’s family has lived in the complex for almost two years.
