Police want to identify Jacksonville man accused in Amazon truck theft

JSO looking to identify man accused of carjacking Amazon truck (WJXT)

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville police are looking to identify a man accused of stealing an Amazon truck nearly two weeks ago, leaving it with no packages inside.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said the van that was stolen from West 12th Street was found shortly after the carjacking on Sunday, Dec. 8.

All the packages, however, were missing.

JSO said the man police are looking for is in his early 20s and has face tattoos. They also posted surveillance photos of the believed suspect.
